Google Chrome Grows Up

When Google Chrome browser was launched last year I made the crazy prediction that it would become an OS. Today Google announced just that. Google Chrome OS announcement
A lot of commentators are saying it is a slap to MS but I’m sure there were plenty of people at MS that saw this coming. It really is more of a competitor to Windows Mobile or the old Windows CE that we saw many airlines deploy to manage their VOD systems.
This is where the OS will thrive. In cutdown systems that need a robust standards based scalable OS. My Google Chrome video from last year.
