US Election Videos
I am starting to get hits on US Election videos so I thought I would add to my weird findings below. I intend to have a similar analysis complete on Aussie candidates next week. The Australian politicians have pretty much buggered up their online campaigns.
Here is what I find fascinating as described in my other article on the US Election. The Republican favourite for the nomination is Rudy Giuliani and yet if you search Youtube for “Rudy Giuliani” all the videos are negative. Every one of them. Ron Paul the Libertarian candidate for the Republicans, by way of contrast has only positive videos. The majority of these videos have been user generated.
Page Rank on the video pages is also very interesting….. well if you a nerd like me anyway. If you search for the phrase Ron Paul in Youtube the results page is showing a PR3 and the no.1 vid has an extraordinary PR5. By way of contrast a Rudy Giuliani search does not rate a PR, however the no.1 video rates a PR5… but it is of him in drag with Donald Trump and all the comments are negative.
