Lead role – Paid Marketing

We are after an up and coming paid media rock star to lead and grow the paid media practice of our agency. 

You may be in-house or agency side, looking for that opportunity to take you career to the next level.

To be a success in this role you will need demonstrated experience working in the paid digital media environment with a focus on performance-based marketing and measurement and analytics within an agile organisation.

To be effective in this role, you must enjoy a thorough analysis of your clients’ business models and how their goals can best be achieved.

You understand the interaction of digital marketing and the wider business ecosystem.

As this is a forecasted high growth area of our business you will be paramount in building and leading a highly skilled team that is processed and results driven.

You will work closely with Client Acquisition and Services teams to provide insights and performance reporting.

General Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Build and lead a team to:

  • Focus on buying and optimising paid channels – Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, YouTube
  • Driving online marketing and eCommerce strategies for clients
  • Managing performance metrics and budget tracking
  • Continually deliver high ROAS
  • Performance tracking and analytics on all activity
  • Explore and qualify paid search opportunities through new channels
  • Communicate with internal teams for product updates, testing ideas & new offers
  • Explore, test and deploy AI solutions

What you will have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in paid advertising.
  • Google certifications (including Shopping).
  • Demonstrated management experience within a PPC team.
  • Strong communications skills, capable of establishing strong relationships and managing upwards. 
  • Experienced in establishing and managing larger budgets.
  • Sound technical skills including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio.
  • Consumer-driven attitude with a commercial focus.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem including SEO, PR, EDMs.

The remuneration + bonus package will be based on the experience and capabilities of the successful candidate.
