AIVA · Your business assistant

Stop opening five systems to answer one question.

You should not have to assemble every answer yourself. AIVA brings together the sources you authorise, the rules you have agreed and the work that needs attention. Start with one job you want off your desk.

Keep what your business has taught it.

Memory: less repeated briefing

Your priorities, terminology and confirmed corrections stay in a private business context. Current facts still come from live sources, not an old conversation.

Skills: a method that improves

Useful workflows become reusable steps with sources, checks and approval rules. We review and maintain them so the next run has a tested starting point.

Independence: keep your choices

We choose the best models we can validate for the job. Your business memory and skills stay separate from that choice. We support open source so we can inspect, adapt and move the system.

An example first job

What needs my attention this week?

For a weekly task brief, we would connect the agreed task and calendar sources, identify outstanding commitments and prepare the decisions that need you. You check the first runs against the source records before relying on the routine.

About Jim Stewart

AIVA starts read-only with private client access and an agreed offboarding path. Messages, money and changes to source systems need the agreed approval. Connections are checked individually; live client Google Ads access is not yet a proven AIVA capability. Changing models needs testing, and open source alone does not guarantee privacy or local hosting.

Tell us about the recurring job and the systems involved. We will check access and fit, then agree a small first workflow you can judge against how the job is done today.
