Luckily there’s a programme that can fix that, and eliminates the need for you to be a content creating genius. Canva is an amazing online tool, that is completely free to use. Unless of course you want to spend roughly $1 for some of their premium graphics. Canva allows you to seamlessly create content with an easy drag and drop functionality. Whether you’re looking to create a social media post, an info graphic, maybe a poster or even something for paid advertising. Canva makes your life a hell of a lot easier. So if you’re struggling with the creative design element of your business, and you need a free simple solution, look no further than Canva. It’s a great option.

With social media becoming such a powerful marketing tool in recent times, there’s no doubt in my mind that Hootsuite will help you with your digital marketing and social media campaigns. Allowing yourself to be able to schedule posts ahead of time, not only improves your efficiency with delivering content, but it also saves you time to dedicate to other work within your week. Hootsuite also allows you to interact with your target audience through a simple and clean dashboard that also can facilitate up to 30 social media platforms at any given time. Hootsuite has now become a subscription based service that you must pay for, but if you’re posting more than four times a week on any of your social media’s, it’s worth every single penny.

A lot of people are wondering if email marketing is dead. And I can assure you right now, it still holds a very relevant place in digital marketing. Having the ability to be able to send targeted email campaigns to your target market, is an extremely important aspect of your marketing campaign. And with over 12 million customers, MailChimp has become the solution in this space. With preexisting email templates, a fairly straightforward drop and drag functionality similar to Canva and an easy process to be able to deliver content to your target audience, you’ll be able to save countless hours that you could dedicate to other elements of your business. MailChimp is free up to a certain point but with fairly well priced yearly subscriptions, you’ll be able to get your email marketing game back on point.

When Trello was first released, I’d go into the same mind frame as most, thinking it was just a trendy new social media app on town. I was thoroughly mistaken. Though mildly creepy, as it contains an addictive big brother element to it, a tool that allows you to see what your customers do want, and don’t want, is good in my books. And being able to use this could be a game changer for you and your website. Hotjar isn’t free, so I understand if you’d like to try out some other versions of it, to see if they do the same functionality for you. By the way something that can assist you seeing what your audience wants, will be very helpful in the future.
